  • When we established in 2007, our primary focus was providing graphic design, presentation equipment setup, and hardware consultation services for organizations. Over the years, with various expansions and consolidations, it may seem that we are providing numerous services; however, all those can be categorized into three main scope: 1. Marketing; 2. Administration; and 3. IT Solutions.

    Marketing: Our parntership with UcWay enables us to concentrate on developing digital content plan and improving organization's engagement with its potential clients.

    Administration: We have been assisting organizations with facility supervision, office inventory management and regular maintenance arrangement (i.e., small appearance touch-ups and appliance replacement) since inception. By 2010, we expanded our services to include the selection of office personnel and administrative staff; and over the years, we have matched more than 20 employees and employers. In addition, with our pool of talents, we have been providing business trainings since 2016.

    IT: Aside from providing web based videoconference service for various users and developing internal communication systems for organizations, we also assist organizations with the installation and monitoring of major videoconference platforms (i.e. Polycom, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet). Combining with our office administration services, we have been helping individuals and corporations with some minor technical issues. Throughout the years, our developers have been using various languages and platforms to create websites; today, majority of our work are in HTML 5 and joomla, which allows our clients to edit and update the related content.

  • IC Global Solutions is not here to replace your marketing team. In fact, our goal is to be your supporting team and assist your members to achieve the organization's goal. With our diverse pool of talents, we can introduce different perspectives into your decision making process, allowing your idea to expand to a greater market.

  • Flexibility and reliability are two main reasons for having IC Global Solutions to take care your administrative work. Again, we are not here to replace your team, but we are here to minimize your operational risk. Often times, it is much more cost effective to have us looking after your after-hour operations or covering for a temporary period. In addition, we offer greater insight to a situation with our team based approach - depending on the talents required, more suitable resources can be arranged for your organization's needs at the time.

For example, while your internal IT team focuses on the overall implementation of the company's intranet, we will provide support on embedding an internal e-learning system, videoconference platform, and a cloud-based repositories for your staff to exchange knowledge.

While your organization can hire additional staff to support the increase in IT workload and after hour needs, it is probably more flexible and cost efficient to get support from us.
